Brendon Walmsley is recognised as one of country music’s finest singer-songwriters and a recipient of numerous awards including Star Maker and 3 CMAA Golden Guitars. His songs are not just catchy tunes. They are perceptive stories of the joys and struggles of life; the importance of love and family; and the strength that comes through faith.
Brendon has been a long-time supporter of SU Chaplaincy, having performed at a number of SU events over the years including Frontline Dinners, Local Chaplaincy events and the SU Stock Up For Hope cattle droves raising money for chaplaincy in rural Queensland.
2024 has seen Brendon make a long-awaited return to the studio, recording an inspiring new collection of his delicately crafted songs with renowned producer Rod McCormack. This will be Brendon’s fourth studio album with an anticipated release in early 2025.
2 November, Brendon will be heading to Gatton for a concert, raising funds for Lockyer Valley School Chaplains.
