RESIDENTIAL - SHORT AND LONG TERM LEASE

Residential houses are available for short and long term lease. Perfect for Lockyer Valley workers servicing the ag industry and people looking for affordable housing options. Our permanent accommodations are well  maintained, kept updated and are a pleasure to live in.

AMENITIES

Laundry, Toilets & Showers

Helidon Spa Eco Village has two amenity blocks. The smaller block services the camping sites and is unisex with showers and toilets.

The larger Amenities block has been recently renovated and has plenty of showers + toilets and is split into male and female sections. It also features a laundry with coin operated washing machine, dryers and external clothesline.

Please note there is no dump point on-site. 

Lakeside Parks, picnic tables and BBQ Areas

RECREATION HALL

The recreation hall has a community kitchen and provides a place to relax and entertain. Lounge about, chat or read a book.
