Unfortunately, the Queensland Transport Museum has had to bring forward a temporary closure due to urgent facility maintenance, necessitating the removal of vehicles. From today, Wednesday September 18 the Queensland Transport Museum will be temporarily closed. We look forward to updating you once the Museum is ready to be re-opened and primed to tell more fascinating transport stories!

Two Wheels, Four Wheels and more wheels...The Queensland Transport Museum (QTM) features a magnificent display of various forms of transport through the ages that explore the creations, founders and functions of the transport industry. See on display vintage vehicles in their original and lovingly restored condition and relive the heyday of Western Transport.

Directions
From Brisbane, travel 90kms and take the Gatton exit off Highway A2. When in Gatton, turn left at KFC, travel another 1km and turn left into Lake Apex Drive. From Toowoomba, travel 55km east toward Brisbane and take the Gatton exit at Helidon. Travel 15km toward Gatton. After passing Andersens carpets on your left turn right into Lake Apex Drive.
