On Sunday 29 May 2022, a Commemorative Ride will take place in Gatton to mark the 120th Anniversary of end of the 2nd Boer War. 

The ride will leave Gatton Showgrounds at 9.40am into Jensen St, travel along Yates Street, Cochrane Street, William Street and head into Crescent Street to the Boer War Memorial at Gatton Railway Station. It will be quite the spectacle with approx 25 riders in uniform and two Bushmaster vehicles. 

A service will be held at the Boer War Memorial at 10am, after which the riders will make their way back to Gatton Showgrounds.

So head into Gatton CBD on Sunday morning and honour all those that fought in this conflict.
